Shipping Options and Details
Hip Baby Gear offers free standard shipping on orders over $50. We ship USPS, UPS or Fedex depending on time of travel and cost. We try and ship in the most effective manner possible, still allowing it to get to you quickly. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, please call us at 781-631-5556/781-506-9045 or email [email protected] for a quote. If you choose an expedited shipping method we will send you an invoice for the additional amount prior to releasing any shipments.
Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally as we are not allowed to do so by many of our manufacturers. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and FBO addresses however customer is responsible for shipping charges that will be applied after your order is submitted prior to us shipping. Some exclusions may apply.
Free shipping does not apply to oversized items such as, but not limited too, furniture and assembled items. If you order one of these items online we will contact you prior with any additional costs and options. Returns:
While we hope you love your items, we understand that not everything is a perfect match. We accept returns of items in their original packaging within 15 days of the original purchase for store credit only.
Defective Items:
If you believe an item is defective, your first point of contact should be the manufacturer, as most products come with a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to assist you in starting that process and will work with both you and the brand to help find a resolution.
Additional Return Details:

Sale items are final, though some exceptions may apply.

Special orders, furniture, and custom items are final sale unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.

Used/Open Box items, including car seats, strollers, breastfeeding, and feeding products, are not returnable.

Items returned not in original condition or packaging may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee up to 50%, at our discretion.

For shipped items, credit will be issued less all shipping costs.
