Hip Baby Gear $7,000 Dream Room Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Connecticut who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. Employees of Hip Baby Gear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hip Baby Gear, 118 Washington Street, Marblehead, MA 01945 (“Sponsor”).

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 18, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Winner will be selected and announced by January 5, 2026.

4. How to Enter

• Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To receive one (1) free entry, complete the official entry form available here: Free Entry Form . Limit one (1) free entry per person, regardless of method.
• Purchase Entries: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may purchase entry bundles at hipbabygear.com/promos/sweepstakes . Each bundle purchased equals the stated number of entries into the Sweepstakes drawing.

Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Paid entries and free entries are treated equally. Purchasing entries does not improve your odds of winning. Odds depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Dream Room Package comprised of their choice of nursery or children’s bedroom furniture, valued up to $7,000 in retail. Winner may select from eligible products including but not limited to Romina and Oilo. Delivery and assembly are included within Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Connecticut. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $7,000.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 5, 2026 from among all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

8. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as Facebook and Instagram, and their respective employees, representatives, and agents, from any liability arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

9. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
