We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

We want you to be happy with your order! If you are not satisfied
with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of
merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees. There are NO RESTOCKING FEES!
We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and
any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here
are the exceptions and clarifications:
- Products must be returned to us in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on
returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks
for processing. All Sale items, Special Orders, Potty Seats and Car Seats (where the box has been opened) are Final and no returns are permitted.

Orders over $75 ship for free and orders under $75 ships for just $7.95.*
Orders typically take 3 to 5 days to process and ship via Fedex Ground
from Marblehead, Mass. Once an order leaves our store, shipping takes 1
to 6 business days, depending on where you live.
Hip Baby Gear also offers Expedited shipping for those in a rush!
Expedited orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to process and then
ship via Fedex Second Day Air. Expedited shipping rates depend on your
order total and zip code.
Outside the continental US?
For international orders and those going to Alaska or Hawaii,
customers may be contacted after their order is placed to inform them of
potential changes in shipping charges. There is no flat rate for these
orders and please be aware the customer is always responsible for any
additional customs or duties fees incurred on international orders.
These orders may be shipped via either Fedex or the US Postal Service.
Unfortunately, certain items cannot be shipped outside the continental
United States.
Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO? We
are happy to accomodate shipping to these destimation. For orders
shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or Puerto Rico, charges will be
determined on a per-order basis. Unfortunately, some larger items can
not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPOs. *Applies only to orders shipped
to the continental United States. Some manufacturers require us to
charge an oversize shipping fee on their wonderful (but large) products.
This fee appears automatically in checkout. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
